In an exciting new initiative, Utiva has partnered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) to offer free, year-long tech training to 2,000 women across Nigeria. This groundbreaking program aims to equip young female professionals with essential tech skills, empowering them to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
The initiative is designed for females aged 18-35 years who possess basic computer knowledge and are junior staff earning less than ₦150,000 monthly. CIPM members are encouraged to nominate up to two candidates from their organisations to take part in this life-changing opportunity.
CIPM is proud to collaborate with Utiva to offer this invaluable training to women across Nigeria. This partnership aligns with our mission to create more opportunities for women in the workforce and empower them with skills that will help them excel in the tech-driven job market.
Eligible nominees will receive comprehensive training in various tech fields, enhancing their professional capabilities and improving their employability. With the global tech industry expanding, this initiative will give participants a competitive edge, while also contributing to the broader goal of gender equality in tech.
