Terms & Conditions

The CIPM reserves the right to refuse content/artwork that do not conform with the following stipulated ICE Advert Guidelines:

  • All advertising content and artwork must be submitted at least four (4) weeks before the event.
  • Be acknowledged in all marketing communication materials sent to over 12,000 members and via our social media platforms.
  • All adverts must be in accordance with the specifications.
  • Payment must be made, and evidence received by the CIPM at least two weeks before the event.
  • The CIPM will not be responsible for any error or omission in advert content submitted.
  • It is each Advertiser’s responsibility to ensure content is correct and complete.
  • Advert artwork should be sent as PDF (A4 size).

Please note:

  • Organisations can choose to set up their Customized Exhibition booth in line with their allocated space (3m by 3m) and this must be communicated at the point of booking.
  • Exhibition booth must be booked and paid for at least 4 weeks before the event.
  • Establish very key strategic relationships and high sale leads for different ranges of your products through interaction at the exhibition booth.
  • Exhibitors have access to the Conference sessions and would be given conference kits/meal (2 persons per booth to have 2 tea breaks and 3 lunch tickets each).
