Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including strategic planning and execution, talent management, data analytics, performance management, and organisational design.
Currently, as the founder and CEO of Aifa Consulting, Aisha is driving the firm’s mission to deliver executable organisational strategies and workforce development interventions. Prior to this role, Aisha held leadership positions at Veritas Kapital Assurance (VKA), Mainstreet Bank (now Polaris), TAK Asset Management, and United Bank for Africa (UBA).
