You can register until the conference period.

Where in Abuja is the ICC located?
The venue of the conference, the International Conference Centre (ICC) is in Garki, Abuja

When is the conference taking place?
It will hold November 13 – 16, 2023.

How do I know the schedule so I can plan accordingly?
You can view the conference schedule on the microsite via https://cipmnigeria.org/schedule/

Is there a provision for hotel booking?
CIPM has partnered with Aura by Transcorp to provide discounted hotels for delegates. You can access the bouquet of available hotels via https://cipmnigeria.org/conference/hotels/ and make your bookings. Please note that CIPM will not be held accountable for the service(s) rendered by the hotel.

How do I register for the conference as an individual?
Step 1: Visit: www.cipmnigeria.org
Step 2: Click register (for individuals)
Step 3: Complete the registration form
Step 4: Make your payment (using a debit card, USSD, or upload your bank teller/transfer evidence)
Step 5: Print your conference badge and come with it to the conference venue

How do I register for the conference as a corporate organisation?
Step 1: Send the name and membership status of your delegates to conference@cipmnigeria.orgvx hb
Step 2: Receive a sales order containing the fee details for each delegate
Step 3: Acknowledge and confirm the sales order and receive a unique registration code
Step 4: Register the number of delegates stated in your sales order
Step 5: The delegates will receive an email with the link to upload their photograph for the badge
Step 6: Get your badge via email upon approval from CIPM

How do I get my registration code for corporate registration?
After complete registration and approval by CIPM, the organisation’s delegates will receive their badge via the email they registered with. Please also check junk/spam/promotions.

I have registered and paid, how do I pick up my conference bag and what do I need to present?
Category 1: Pick up by yourself
• Your printed conference badge


Category 2: Pick through a third-party
• Printed conference badge
• Letter of authorisation from you
• Means of identification for the third party


Category 3: Pick up by corporate organisation’s representative (i.e group registration)
• Printed conference badge
• Letter of authorization from the organisation
• Means of identification for the person picking up

I am attending the conference virtually, am I entitled to the conference bag?
No. Only delegates who paid for physical attendance are entitled to the conference bag

I have registered. How do I get my badge?
It will be sent to the email you registered with (also check junk/spam/promotions). Please print it out and come with it to the conference venue.

I am a virtual attendee. Do I need a badge?
No. Only physical attendees need a badge.

I have registered for virtual attendance how do I get my joining link?
It will be sent to the email address you registered with at least one (1) week before the conference. Please also check junk/spam/promotions.
