Ayo Muritala is a seasoned strategist and performance management expert with over 22 years of experience designing and implementing key performance indicators critical to organizational sustainability. He is the Senior Managing Partner of KNEWROW, a leading performance management firm in Nigeria.
A Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI, C-KPIP) and Performance Management Professional (C-PM) from the KPI Institute, Australia, Ayo is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and the National Institute of Training and Development (MNITD). He holds certifications in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard University and in Turning Strategy into Action from Lagos Business School, where he serves as a regular MBA guest lecturer.
Ayo has led performance management initiatives for high-profile private and public sector organizations, including the Central Bank of Nigeria, Department of Petroleum Resources, Federal Inland Revenue Service, NIPOST, NIRSAL Microfinance Bank, NITDA, Unity Bank, and Adova Plc.
An accomplished international speaker, he has addressed the CSR World Congress in India on Individual Social Responsibility and the HR World Congress on Performance Management. He is a two-time recipient of the Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award, recognized among Nigeria’s Top Under-40 Business Leaders by Leadership Magazine, and named World Leader Businessperson by the World Confederation of Businesses, USA.
Ayo’s affiliations span global networks, including the UN Global Compact Steering Committee (Nigeria) and the World CSR Day Advisory Council. He holds a degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development and multiple professional certifications across training, health and safety, facility management, and project management.
