ICE Group Registration

  1. Visit the Microsite: Go to cipmnigeria.org/conference.
  2. Click “Non-Members Register”.
  3. Click “Corporate Registration”.
  4. Sign Up or Log In:
    • Click “Sign Up” if you don’t have an account, or log in to your organization’s account if you have previously signed up.
  5. Enter the Necessary Details: Provide the organization’s name, address, email, password, contact information, etc.
  6. Click “Proceed”.
  7. Select Corporate Registration under your preferred mode of attendance and follow the process:
    • Add Attendee – CIPM Member or Non-CIPM Member:
      • If the nominee is a CIPM Member:
        • Click “CIPM Member”.
        • Enter the nominee’s Membership Number.
        • Click “Add Attendee”.
      • If the nominee is a Non-Member:
        • Click “Non-Member”.
        • Enter the nominee’s name, phone number, and email address.
        • Click “Add Attendee”.
  1. Proceed with Registration:
    • After adding all nominees (Members and Non-Members), click “Proceed”.
    • Review the conference details.
    • Select the location of your head office.
  2. Click “Get Invoice”:
    • Download the invoice to seek approval for payment within your office.
    • Return to the portal to make the payment.
  3. Manual Bank Payment:
  • If you pay manually at the bank, the amount will reflect on the portal.
  • Ensure you pay the exact amount displayed using the account number provided on the portal. This helps auto-activate your payment.
  1. Finalize Registration:
  • Once payment is made, each registered nominee will receive an email link to upload their photo, update their details, and download their badge.

 

Conference Registration Process for CIPM Members

  1. Visit cipmnigeria.org/conference.
  2. Click on “Members Register.”
  3. Enter your Membership Number (e.g., 2/1000000).
  4. Enter your password.
  5. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password” to reset it.
    • A password reset link will be sent to your email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
  6. Verify by checking the captcha: “I’m not a robot.”
  7. Click the “Sign-in” button to proceed.
  8. In the menu, select “Conference” under “Event Application.”
  9. Click “Apply for Conference.”
  10. Choose “Individual.”
  11. Select your mode of attendance and conference type.
  12. Review the conference details and proceed to payment.
  13. Select your preferred Technical Session.
  14. Complete your payment.
  15. Download and print your Badge.

Online Payment Process for the Conference

  • Choose Your Preferred Payment Option: Card, Transfer, QR Code, or PaywithPhone.
  1. If paying by card: Enter your card details and complete the payment.
  2. If paying by transfer:
  • Click on “Transfer” and make the payment via your bank app.
  • The bank details and account number for the payment will be displayed on the screen.
  • Please ensure you pay the exact amount shown.

After payment, remain on the page for approximately 10 minutes to allow the portal to update your payment

The conference kit collection slip is attached to the badge which must be presented at the venue to receive your kit (for physical attendees only).
