Terms & Conditions
The CIPM reserves the right to refuse content/artwork that do not conform with the following stipulated ICE Advert Guidelines:
- All advertising content and artwork must be submitted at least four (4) weeks before the event.
- All content must undergo vetting. If approved, the content shall be used as agreed.
- All adverts must adhere to the specified specifications.
- Payment must be made, and evidence received by the CIPM at least two weeks before the event.
- The CIPM will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the advert content submitted.
- It is the responsibility of each advertiser to ensure that the content is correct and complete.
- Advert artwork should be sent as a PDF – A4 size for full-page and A5 size for half-page.
Please note:
- Organisations are permitted to set up their customised exhibition booth within the allocated space.
- A maximum of two (2) persons per organisation will be allowed to manage the booth, additional person(s) will pay the full conference fee.
- These individuals will have access to the conference sessions and will receive conference bags, brochures, materials, and meal tickets.
- Display of the company’s logo on the photo wall banner.
