David has trained more than 30,000 people over the years. He is a regular speaker at international conferences, including being an 8-time speaker at the top Talent Development Conference in the world, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in the USA.
David has helped design frameworks and facilitated the delivery of highly rated weekly webinars in talent development (more than 150 weekly webinars hosted and counting).
As an international consultant to the World Bank, David pioneered a unique approach to modelling an entire industry to understand the Macro Economic effects of specific scenario inputs to projected government revenue and economics.
