Deji Lana is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at SeamlessHR, Africa’s leading cloud-based HR and payroll technology company. He oversees product design and development at the startup,
spearheading efforts to ensure superior product design and experiences across the company.
Deji is versed in many programming languages and frameworks, with over a decade’s experience leading software projects. Before SeamlessHR, he was Chief Technology Officer at Insidify, a jobs

His personal mantra “impossible is nothing” informs a rounded outlook on innovation
and leadership. He holds a degree in Material Science and Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in Nigeria. Deji has earned his stripes as coder, writing his first code in 1996, while learning programming languages and scribbling code on paper which he would transfer to his friends’ desktop devices or at an internet cafe, any chance he got. Today, he is a 25-year veteran and technology leader who has seen many triumphs.
