In retirement, he served as a keynote speaker at various PENGASSAN and NUPENG conferences. He was a lead facilitator in workshops for labor leaders and management representatives organised by Shell, Chevron, NLNG, WRPC, PHRC, WAGPCo, etc. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Benin and an honorary Doctor of Philosophy from Evangel Christian University African Campus.
