Steve Ojeh, B.Sc and M.Sc Economics, M.Sc and Doctorate in Social Sciences, MBA, Ch. FCIPD, FCIPM, Fellow, Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators and Chartered Member ADR Canada, brings over 25years of experience in Human Resources Management, spanning Consulting, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas industries in Nigeria and overseas, under Shell’s top talent internationalization programme. He is currently employed by SEPLAT Energy Plc as a General Manager in Human Resources and was, prior to assuming the role, the Employee/Industrial Relations & Employee Communications Manager for Shell Companies in Nigeria. Steve has served as Chairman, Rivers State Branch of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and is currently a member of the Institute’s Education Committee. Steve is also currently a Council member of the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA).
Steve is a Chartered Mediator with specialization in Workplace and Family, a Certified EAP Professional, Trainer, Speaker and Coach.
He is happily married and blessed with 3 children.
