Currently serving as Cluster HR Director for Nigeria and Rest of Sub-Saharan Africa, for FrieslandCampina WAMCO. Lyn has built a distinguished career with leading organisations including FrieslandCampina, Philip Morris International, Emerson Electric, Alaska Milk Corporation, and Red Ribbon (Jollibee Group). Her expertise spans People Strategy, Talent and Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Total Rewards, Organisational Transformation, and Culture Change.
