Juzar Badami is a senior technology consulting veteran with more than two decades of experience driving digital transformation across Africa, Europe, and Asia. Juzar is an Engineering Principal with a master’s in management from the esteemed India Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
He currently heads the SAP Center of Excellence at Dangote Industries Limited, where he guides the group’s SAP technology strategy and adoption of innovative solutions. His role spans multiple industries including Manufacturing, E&C, Pharma, FMCG, Aviation, Mining, Cement, etc. Juzar has led one of the Largest SAP SuccessFactors implementations at Dangote Group.
Juzar has built his career at the intersection of people and technology. He has led global programs to improve the way organizations work, established capability centres, and partnered closely with business leaders to ensure technology investments translate into measurable outcomes. His experience ranges from strategy to execution, giving him a practical view of how digital tools impact both executives and employees.
