Dr. Kehinde Onijingin, FCIPM, Ph.D, is a distinguished HR expert, consultant, and scholar with over 20 years’ experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and business strategy. A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Leadership, Coaching & Strategy, he holds two doctorate degree in Human Resource Management, specialising in Knowledge Management and Strategic Management, specialising in Competitive Dynamics. He is also a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional with deep expertise in strategic planning and performance alignment.
He currently serves as Managing Consultant/CEO at KY People & Strategy Consultants Ltd, and has held Senior and Executive Management positions, including Executive Director/COO at Rite Foods Ltd, Head, HR & Admin at Rite Foods Ltd, Head, HR & Admin at Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, and Group Head, HR & Admin at Amo Byng Ltd .
At the macro level, Dr. Onijingin has made strong national impact as a member of the Ad-hoc Committee for the review of Nigeria Labour Act in 2020 and the Ad-hoc Committee for the review of National Minimum Wage, 2024. He has served on various committees of Governing Council at CIPMN. Dr. Onijingin is a Faculty Member at Rome Business as well as an Adjunct Faculty at the James Hope University, Lagos Nigeria.
He is also an entrepreneur and social impact advocate, founding KY Stores Ltd, and KY People & Strategy Consultants Ltd.
