A Senior Management expert with a robust working experience of over two decades across the manufacturing, services and other sectors. He has held senior HR leadership roles within multinational and conglomerate companies especially fast moving consumer goods, consulting and private equity environment. Leke has also served in consulting capacity for various organizations in Nigeria both private and public sectors.
Currently the Lead Management Consultant at Rekrut Consulting, a Top-class Human Capital Development company with special focus on Management Consulting, Learning and Development, Manpower Outsourcing & HR Consultancy Services. Former Head, Learning & Development at Financial Training Centre (FITC), Former Employee Engagement & Partnerships Manager, HR Business Partner, Career Development Manager within Consolidated Breweries Plc and Nigerian Breweries Plc of the Heineken Global company respectively. Leke was also head human resources for Verod Capital and its portfolio companies where he was responsible for generating strategic HR initiatives to help develop the group’s employee engagement and implement talent management initiatives.
Prior to joining Verod Capital, Leke was a strategic HR business partner (HRBP) with Honeywell Flour Mills PLC; where he effectively partnered the Finance, HR, Logistics & Supplies departments of the organization. He was responsible for staff training development and delivery, organization development and people policies. Before that he held various business development and human capital development roles within Honeywell group, Ocean & Oil holdings, Smart Mark Ltd, Nadina Industries & Transcon Group respectively.
Leke Oshiyemi holds a certificate in Advanced Strategic HR Management from Cornell University, New York USA. Master’s degree in Public Administration (HR-Option) from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka and Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Philosophy from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria. He is a licensed practitioner and Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Society for Human Resource Management, USA (SHRM) and also a Certified Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP℠) by HR Certification Institute of USA.
