She leads a team of thoroughbred professionals that has successfully delivered bespoke intervention services in the core areas of Business Optimisation and Personal Development to some of Nigeria’s biggest corporate organizations.

She is the Nigeria Chair for Intercultural Dialogue with the G-100 (a group of global female leaders), and a non-executive Director at the Institute of Export Operations and Management (IEOM).
In 2021, in recognition of her passion for women and the girl-child, she was selected to speak to a global audience on Gender-based Violence and Gender-based Inequality during the 75th anniversary of the United Nations. The same passion birthed The Growth Conference (TGC), a global platform for the development of high-performing female leaders. TGC currently has presence in West Africa, East Africa, India, UK and US, and has hosted some of the world’s finest thought leaders at its regional and international conferences.
