Precious Imuwahen Ogbomo is a leadership development expert, strategic advisor, author and Founder & Strategic Lead of SkillzHQ, a pan-African human resources consulting firm advancing leadership, strategy, culture transformation, inclusion and enterprise capability.
With over 17 years of experience, she has advised organisations across Africa on leadership development, people strategy and the design of learning ecosystems that deliver measurable performance outcomes.
Precious developed the soft skills training curriculum for the Jobberman–Mastercard Foundation partnership, which has been used to upskill over two million young Africans, 70% of whom are women and girls. She has also facilitated leadership and transformation programmes for organisations including ExxonMobil, Nestlé, Nigerian Breweries, Guinness Nigeria and Essilor.
As the Pioneer Director General of the John Odigie-Oyegun Public Service Academy, she operationalised Nigeria’s first subnational public service academy, which trained over 15,000 civil and public servants while advancing leadership, innovation and cultural change within government.
Precious is also Adjunct Faculty at Nile University, Abuja, where she facilitates executive learning at the Nile Business School. A sought-after speaker and author of The Hero Inside, she has spoken at platforms including The Platform Nigeria, NESG Policy Engagements, Mastercard Foundation Ed-Tech Mondays and Project Management Institute conferences in Africa and the United States.
She is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at Baze University.
