Samantha Ifezulike is a seasoned People and Operations leader with over 13 years of experience driving HR transformation, talent strategy, and business performance across multiple industries, including financial services, consulting, fintech, e-commerce, and talent development.
Currently the Head of Operations at Jobberman Nigeria, Samantha plays a strategic role in aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth. She initially joined Jobberman in 2022 as Head of People and Culture, where she led a high-performing cross-functional team and successfully drove initiatives in culture-building, talent optimisation, and organisational development.
Her career began at Deloitte Nigeria, where she rose through the ranks from Learning & Development Officer to Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. Since then, she has held executive HR roles in leading organisations such as Agusto & Co. and Connected Analytics, designing and implementing impactful strategies in employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
Samantha holds an M.Sc. in International Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and a B.A. in History and International Relations from Redeemer’s University. She is also a certified PHRI (HRCI) professional and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (ACIPD) in the UK.
