•Suoton began his career with Shell in 2007 in the Human Resources function and has worked in different HR Generalist and Specialist roles over the last 17+ years. He is an experienced and multifaceted HR Professional with skills spanning Industrial & Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, HR Consulting, Business Performance Management, Leadership Coaching, Labor & Employment Laws, Conflict & Dispute Resolution and Collective Bargaining, amongst others.
•He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (ACIPM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK (ACIPD).
