Prior to this role, Emo held senior leadership positions across Seplat Energy and Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, including General Manager, Corporate Services and multiple strategic HR leadership roles spanning talent management, staffing and development, labour relations, organisational effectiveness, HR advisory, stakeholder engagement, and government relations. Her career has been defined by leading high-performing teams, aligning people strategies with business priorities, and delivering practical solutions that strengthen organisational performance.
