Ijeoma Onyenobi is a Human Resources leader with over two decades of experience spanning policy development, compensation, talent development, recruitment, and organisational culture. She pioneered the Diversity & Inclusion function at Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), where she leads initiatives that embed inclusion into business strategy, strengthen organisational culture, and support sustainable workforce performance.
A graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, former auditor with Deloitte, coach-trained leader and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Ijeoma brings a unique blend of analytical rigour and people-centred leadership. She has contributed to industry conversations on Africa’s energy future, organisational transformation, inclusive leadership, and the future of work.
Ijeoma currently serves as Chairperson of NLNG’s Women’s Initiative Network (NWiN) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD UK), the Women in Energy Network (WIEN), and Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ). Outside work, she is an avid traveller, trivia enthusiast, and fitness advocate, reflecting her lifelong commitment to learning, growth, and personal excellence.
