With over 25years of expertise in strategic Human Resource Management and Capacity Development, Folashade Adekeye is a coach, mentor, visionary and result – oriented leader with outstanding people management skills.
Folashade’s experience spans the entire Human Resource value chain, Administration and Executive Management. With keen interest in quality improvement, she is a QMS Lead implementer of ISO 9001:2015. As a change champion, she has led and played pivotal roles in key transformation initiatives of NNPC, the most recent of which is the transition to a CAMA company – NNPC Ltd.
A credible, high-achieving, strategically focused & commercially driven executive, she has received several commendations, recognitions, and awards from both within and outside NNPC Ltd.
Passionate about professional development and capacity building, she is a Licensed HR Practitioner and a Certified Management Development (CMD) Trainer. Folashade is a Fellow of the following institutions: Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Management Specialists (IMS) and Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM). She is also a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), where she served as 2-time Vice Chairman, Chairman of Abuja Branch and Council Member.
Folashade is responsible for human capital development in NNPC Ltd as Director, NNPC Academy and she also represents Nigeria at the Forum of Directors of Oil & Gas Training & Vocational Education Institutes of the African Petroleum Producers’ Organization (APPO) as the Chairman.
She has a passion for charity, caring for vulnerable children and teenagers through her affiliation with not for profit & non-governmental organisations.
