Naomi’s experience in the corporate sector over 20 years has seen her hold key leadership positions across various portfolios in Guaranty Trust Bank from corporate banking to commercial banking with areas of core competence including strategy formulation, business development, credit structuring & analysis.
After a brief stint in Access bank she went on to head the business development team of AXA Mansard Pensions a then subsidiary of AXA Mansard Insurance, bringing a depth of experience to grow market share of the business. Her effective leadership style and experience has enabled her to cut across various areas within the financial sector. She is currently the Managing Director of Bastion Health Limited one of the fastest growing Health Insurance companies in Nigeria, positioned to provide affordable and accessible healthcare across the country.
Naomi Aduku holds a B.Sc Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She has attended several courses including the healthcare management program from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is an alumnus of the Warwick Business School and the Lagos Business School
