Chizoba Mojekwu is a seasoned C-suite executive and transformation consultant with over 35 years of post-graduate experience spanning public service, oil and gas, telecommunications, international development, manufacturing, and management consulting. Her expertise includes strategic human resource management, organisation design, service delivery transformation, learning and development, and large-scale change management.
Chizoba previously served as Director of Human Resources and Director of Capacity Development at the Central Bank of Nigeria, HR Director at ECOWAS.
Since leaving full time employment, Chizoba has supported the public service and development sector in partnership with organisations such as Deloitte, GIZ, the World Bank, WAIFEM etc
She holds an MBA from the University of Benin, is a Global Professional in HR (GPHR), and is certified in public leadership by Harvard Kennedy School. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), and a member of several professional bodies including SHRM, IoD, Learning and Development Network International (LDNI), the Organisation Design Forum, and the Adaptive Leadership Network.
