Babajide Anjorin is a strategic Marketing and Communications leader with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact brand strategies, market growth initiatives, and cross-sector partnerships across Africa. He currently serves as Head of Marketing at Jobberman, West Africa’s largest Career Development Company, where he oversees a multi-functional team spanning Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Communications/PR, and Design.
In his role, Babajide drives Jobberman’s dual mission providing innovative recruitment solutions for employers while leading impact-focused initiatives in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. These programs have trained and upskilled millions of young Nigerians, with a dedicated focus on women, persons with disabilities, and underserved communities, and have placed thousands into meaningful employment. His leadership ensures strategic alignment between corporate revenue goals and the organisation’s broader vision of advancing Africa’s workforce.
Previously, Babajide was Senior Marketing Manager for West Africa at the British Council, where he led marketing strategies across multiple countries, managing regional campaigns that promoted cultural exchange, education, and skills development. His work signifi cantly increased stakeholder engagement, expanded brand visibility, and strengthened the British Council’s position as a leading organisation in international cultural relations and education.
He also served as Head of Partnerships and Communications at Blakskill, where he was instrumental in launching BlakGlobal, the organisation’s international talent mobility platform, and BlakRemote, connecting vetted African professionals to global remote job opportunities. These initiatives positioned Blakskill as a leading voice in bridging the gap between African talent and global demand, enabling over 100,000 professionals to access career development, mentorship, and verifi ed job placements.
A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Babajide champions accessible hiring practices, gender inclusion, and equitable career pathways. His campaigns have successfully mobilised employers and industry leaders towards building inclusive workplaces that leave no talent behind.
He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the Rome Business School and has earned specialised certifi cations in AI in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Data Analysis.
