Patricia Aderibigbe is the Human Resources Director of the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC). She joined AFC on 1st September 2022, bringing to her new role over 24 years of visionary leadership and a strong track record in organisations across Africa and Europe.
Before AFC, Mrs. Aderibigbe was the Group Head Human Resources for United Bank for Africa. She played a key role in development and implementation of the People Strategy, creating a diverse, multicultural and inclusive environment, leading the bank’s learning academy through digital transformation and employee1st institution, with innovation in proprietary Learning Management System(cloud-based & mobile solutions), proprietary curriculum and contents with emphasis on learning culture rather than training, transcribing a culture of appreciation in alignment with the bank’s expansion across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to UBA, she was Chief Operating Officer at Tenoil Energy and Chief Operating Officer/ Director of Integration and Synergy at Heirs Holding in 2013 after a 13-year career with ELAN IT, a UK- based International Management Consultancy firm.
Mrs. Aderibigbe holds a Master of Arts in Employment Relations and Law from Kingston University, United Kingdom, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from South Bank University, United Kingdom, a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from University of Benin.
