GUIDELINES
The following standards must be met:
- Length: Not more than 3000 words
- Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
- Documentation: Typed in double line spacing: MS Word only
- Plagiarism: Plagiarized content will result in disqualification of the offender’s entry.

N125,000 + 2 HRM books
2nd Prize
N100,000 + 2 HRM books
3rd Prize
N75,000 + 2 HRM books

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
All entries must be submitted with the underlisted items:
- ID Card from student’s current institution
- Copy of admission letter to student’s current institution
- One recent passport sized photograph
- Current mobile telephone number and e-mail address
The above-mentioned documents must be scanned and sent along with the essay write-up as a single Microsoft Word document to essaycompetition@cipmnigeria.org
