Transcript Request

 

• Please note transcripts are issued ONLY to third-party institutions such as Companies, tertiary institutions and professional bodies, and not to the Member requesting.
• Transcript requests shall attract a non-refundable administrative fee per destination address, which covers the issuance of a soft copy only. Any request for a hard copy to be dispatched (whether local or international) shall be processed and delivered at the applicant’s expense.
• Soft copies of transcripts shall be transmitted only to official email addresses of third-party institutions (including professional bodies and tertiary institutions) and will not be sent to private email domains such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail.
• Each request shall be treated as a fresh application.
• Applicants are advised to ensure that the destination address (email or physical) provided on the request form or letter is accurate, as these details will be used in the preparation of the transcript.

DOCUMENTATION

1. An application letter requesting the transcript.
2. Proof of request from the third-party institution (e.g, WES academic reference form).
3. A copy of your admission letter or student number (applicable to applicants admitted before 2025).
4. Copies of your results (applicable to candidates from 2009 and earlier).
5. Evidence confirming that there are no outstanding dues as at the date of application.
6. A copy of the Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management or Certificate in Human Resource Management.
7. Evidence of payment of the applicable non-refundable administrative fee.
