CALL FOR PARTICIPATION AT THE CIPM 2026 REGIONAL AND NATIONAL QUIZ COMPETITION

CIPM calls for participation of Nigerian tertiary institutions in the CIPM Inter-Tertiary Quiz competition 2026 for undergraduates who offer Human Resource Management and other Management Science and Social Science related courses.

Objective:

• To broaden and enrich the students’ knowledge in the field of Human Resource, Business Management and the related discipline.

• To leverage the opportunity of the competition to network with Captains of Industries and rich network of Human Resource Professionals at the International Conference and Exhibitions holding on 21^st -24^th September 2026.

• To enhance the participants’ academic excellence and employability skills.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Only undergraduates offering Human Resource Management and/or Social Science and Management science courses in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions should be nominated to represent their institutions at the Regional Quiz Competition.

1. Tertiary Institutions are expected to nominate ONLY two (2) undergraduates from the field of study mentioned above.

Mode of Participation

The quiz shall be conducted virtually per region across Nigeria’s six (6) geo-political zones: North Central, North East, North West, South East, South South, and South West. The top six institutions at the Regional Level shall be invited to participate in the National Quiz Competition where the top three shall emerge as winners of the 2026 CIPM Quiz Competition.

Registration Period: 16^th February to March 31^st, 2026.

Competition Date: The Regional and National Quiz Competition will be held in April/May 2026. The exact date shall be communicated to the participating institutions.

How to Register

Students nominated from each tertiary institution must submit the following information/documents:

• Full name
• I.D Card from student’s current institution.
• Course of Study
• Copy of admission letter into current institution.
• One recent passport sized photograph
• Current mobile telephone number and e-mail address

PLEASE NOTE:           

1. Only the first positions at the regional quiz competition would be eligible to participate in the National Quiz Competition.

1. Indication of interest by any tertiary institution after 31^st of March shall not be considered.

1. The details of nominated participants must be submitted by their institutions; nominees are not permitted to submit their details personally.

1. Details of the two (2) nominees from each tertiary institution with the name of the institution, full names of the participants, email address, mobile number and course of study should be sent to quizcompetition@cipmnigeria.org using the name of the institution as the subject of the mail.
