HRPL Competency Assessment Curriculum

Human Resource Practitioners’ licence (HRPL)

You can renew your HRPL through one of the following routes:

1. 1. HR Work Activities Route:

Earn credit points by participating in HR work activities, training, and more. Submit evidence of your activities and accumulate a minimum of 60 credit points. Each activity has specific credit values. [Click here for the activity table.)

2. Competency Assessment Route:

Complete a competency assessment designed by Subject Matter Experts. Register for the online competency assessment scheduled for Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at 9AM (WAT).

Registration closes on Friday, 7th March 2026.
