With the theme: “Driving Organisational Agility and Resilience: Navigating Uncertainty and Adapting to New Challenges”, the address was timely and thought-provoking. As Mallam Gobir aptly put it, the theme serves as the “survival manual for today’s business landscape.” He further emphasised, “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
The ceremony also featured the esteemed Mrs. Rita Olarewaju, FCIPM, who was the guest speaker. Drawing on over 30 years of experience across the oil and gas, consulting, and financial services industries, Mrs. Olarewaju provided invaluable insights into driving organisational agility and resilience, guiding both inductees and attendees through actionable steps for sustaining organisations during times of uncertainty.
Among the distinguished inductees was Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed, MCIPM, of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), who was inducted into the Full Membership grade of the Institute.
