Dr. Rosemary Danesi’s areas of specialisation cover human resource management, employment relations, and labour/employment law, and she has articles published in both national and international journals in these areas. Before embarking on the journey into academia, she had a stint in the private sector. She worked in Gemini Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Ltd. Lagos, where she held various positions from Head of Commercials to Industrial Relations Manager and Acting Head of Human Resource.
