The Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Oluwatoyin Naiwo as Registrar and Chief Executive of the Institute with effect from Monday, September 12, 2022.
Naiwo is a commercially astute and committed Senior Executive/HR Practitioner/Consultant with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of business and technical issues and Human Resource Management. Her diverse experience in Human Resource Management spans over a twenty-eight (28) years period across industries and sectors in the United Kingdom and Nigeria
According to the CIPM President, Olusegun Mojeed, in a recent statement, ‘Ms Naiwo is no newcomer to the CIPM having served as Director, Strategy, Advocacy & Stakeholder Relations, with the responsibility of driving the Institute’s strategy development and execution process, spearheading the Institute’s role in advocating a legislative agenda on Human Capital matters with the Nigerian government, building and maintaining relationships with governmental (Federal and State) and non-governmental institutional stakeholders both within Nigeria and internationally to extend CIPM’s reach and influence’.
In addition to her appointment, the Institute has also appointed Gbenga Samuel Odetunde as the Director, Professional Standards and Development and Olutayo Olawale as the Director, Membership and Market Development.
